I came in today with my wife and spent $53 bucks on wipers. I asked sales guy Tim if he would put them on for me. He paused the looked up and said: "don't YOU know how to do it?" I was pretty sure by his tone that he did not want to take time to do this. So I said: "no". He laughed at me. Not one of those good natured "hey it's ok I'll show you how" laughs but a scornful "how stupid can you be" laugh. The look on his face and the shaking of his head, followed by the way he acted while putting them on confirmed his annoyance. It was lousy customer service considering its one of the advertised selling points of the business. I've been coming to the store for three years and I've had nothing but good experiences with the woman I usually deal with and the guys that I've had serve me. This is the first time I've Felt like I was treated poorly. I have lots of choices where to go when I buy my auto parts. I'm sure I've spent at least $500 in that store over the years. There are plenty of other advanced auto's I can go to but I've been loyal to this one. Tsk tsk... bad Tim! Feedback: Just be nice and pay attention to the customer in front of you. Focus!
